Thank you for your hard work! Thank you very much! Looking forward for the next season. It's very strange that Jiri can't do anything but smile, laugh and keep comforting Yuri despite his depression. He didn't eat much and no matter how he tried to smile, there's a trace of sadness lingered in his eyes. Yuri, it's your time now to help teacher Jiri. Follow him and love him.
Just give me your own opinion :)
I see a lot of people claiming that calling BL/yaoi "sin" is homophobic, but i dont think so. I used to jokingly say the same. It wasn't 'sinful' because it was two guys or anything, it was 'sinful' because of the blatantly erotic and definitely-not-halal content lmao. I'd probably say the same thing about het manga if it was sexual too.
Tbh tho i think of like, fandom "sins". If you mean the literal term for sin (religiously), then probably, yeah. Most yaoi contains pornographic material, which depending on the religion, probably isn't allowed to be consumed (i have no idea if any religions even allow viewing pornography. I only really know the main three, and im pretty sure they dont). Also this kind of depends if you think homosexuality/encouraging homosexual behaviours is a sin or not. Personally, I think it technically is, since by reading and enjoying content depicting homosexuality for the reason it is homosexuality can imply that you encourage such behaviours, which are prohibited.
Not being a religious person, I don't care and therefore don't feel guilt for 'sinning', because I don't align my moral code with Christianity, Islam, etc.
Sex before marriage is a 'sin', and despite this, most Christians do so anyway.
If you're asking whether it's wrong to read yaoi/BL...
Not really? It's not inherently bad to read, but I guess if you're religious then potentially? It won't make you a bad person, but it might be considered disobeying the rules of your religon. But then again, a lot of religious rules have been bent/ignored over time anyway, and it all depends on your interpretation.
(Disclaimer: i am not someone who knows much about anything so my opinion is probably invalid whEEzE-)
Depends on if you're religious or not and what religion. Sin is something a god has forbidden people from doing.
Some religions damn people for homosexual desires, others don't. Some religions damn people for viewing erotic materials. Some don't.
It's not a sin imo, as I'm not religious.
Is it morally wrong? Nah, I don't think so. It's not hurting anyone.
Yuri starts harrassing Jiri in the library but stopped it when he saw Jiri blushing a little bit. Yuri thinks it's cute so he walk away and whistling like he's kinda happy. Then, someone approached Jiri in coffee shop and touched his hand. End.
