It never showed hikaru as working adult, as far as I’ve read twice. The first scene was from the 3rd year anniversary of their mother’s death
these "growing old with you" stories are always getting to me.... but most people who reach that very old age are thinking that they are ready to die at any time with or without any regrets as they already saw everything in life
i still can't forget abt the fact that jihyun didn't get the justice he deserved from being falsely accused of killing someone... the police didn't even investigate further because of their bias that because he is capable of inflicting injury to other people means he is the one who killed that person, that was very unprofessional to them

but then the sad part about this is that it can't be helped since there is lack of evidence that would prove his innocence and the fact that he is being in the crime scene and another is that he is poking the corpse and witnesses who gives false testimonies
the start is good; however, in the later chapters i felt disappointed and confused as that ending was really bad and the plot felt like it undergoes a shortcut as there are some details that are "missing" it was like i was travelling into the future as i read on the following panels
