So, did he only learn his mother's sword skills? Did he not bother to try and learn magic from his father? The title says ANY CLASS...so that would imply he can use magic as well, right?
I don't know if he will discover magical powers later on or not but it makes more sense that he becomes a swordsman rather than a magician. Okay, so for now ignore the title and just remember that he is a hard worker, being as such, he can enhance his physical abilities (dodging, speed and technique) but if he has no magical energy, no hard work is going to give him that.
But then again maybe the manga is going for the "magic is a form of will or chakra and you can train it" thing in which case he might be able to use it in the future

I can't decide if this was supposed to be a cheesy rom-com, or just angst. What ever it was supposed to be, you tend to spend most of your time yelling, "GROW UP!"
So, if the prince needs the dragon to stand at his side and announce that he is the heir to the throne, and the dragon needs to make it rain. ...Where is his father's dragon? Why can't they talk to THAT dragon, and find out the information that they need from him? Or do the dragons hatch, speed grow, and then jump into the sky make it rain and then fly away? And if they DO fly away...then who is supplying the eggs for the NEXT heir? I mean, surely, SOMEONE was around when his father's dragon hatched!

Dragons are very rare and not an actual requirement to take the throne. It's just that if the prince has a dragon on his side, then no one would dare contest his right to the throne.
