Yea she can get jealous and insecure. And ofc we can't forget what her family did to Mc. However Mc is taming her so he can get his revenge. She even accepted that Mc could sleep with her stepmom after she got blackmailed. Obviously the "love" is just a part of the revenge and he is trying to manipulate her so he can destroy her dad. Her personality didn't actually changed much but she gave her virginity to Mc and they grew up together so maybe they can end up together.
But after the process I believe she will get dumped because Mc doesn't completely like her and is still in love with the blond slut. If the blond slut shows up he would definitely dump fmc.
