i actually think was legit asking cuz he wants to know more about Haesoo's heartbreak. Haesoo is Taku's subject of study for his art but Taku is now feeling a little conflicted cuz he is starting to have feelings for Haesoo. Taku knows what happened. He wants to know the details of how it happened, what was said, etc

it seems that theyre not actually brothers but due to lycans being rare and having females is even rarer so they opted to adopt him so that when the time comes the tan guy would be mated to the younger brother so to speak seolhyun really is a female but kinda different I dont know what tho. They dont want a repeat of the situation like with Hwagok being taken by other male so theyre kinda strict on seolhyun and one of the reason Hwa's memories were sealed I guess.
