Shura is diminutive of Aleksander/Alrksandra but it's really an old more archaic-ish version. My grangrandma was Shura, also she was Shura only for family and friends. It's kinda odd to use Shura for business partners, at least we use Sasha but it's still a bit informal. I'm saying it as a fellow Sasha :D
