It's my theory but I think the taran houses doctor did something (but he probably dont remember) because when he met her in the past he discovered that she ate that plant (mugwort I think?) so she could bear a taran child, a girl. Boy can only be born between two tarans, and the doctor want to keep up the bloodline (= Lucias daugter with the duke X the dukes "son"/her cousin, yeah kinda incest) And thats why the duke doesn't want a child, bc he despises the taran bloodline and want his nephew to be the last taran.

No wth- what is wrong with these spoilers ㅠㅠ it's not reincarnation or psychic abilities. It's an artifact from her mom's family. It's a long story, but the point is that the artifact is from her ancestor. The ancestor said that the artifact will keep her family safe from a crisis. But Lucia's mom stole it when she ran away. The way it works is basically once she activated it, she will get a long ass dream of what will happen in the future till the day she dies (you can say it memory too). And she remembers that dream vividly, that's why she can still be traumatized by the events in the dream.
One thing tho, she activated it when she was a child, so she doesn't remember everything. She will start to remember some sweet moments that happened in the dream in the side story if I'm not mistaken.
Oh btw, the artifact is gone now cause it already fulfilled its purpose. In the dream, Lucia hears about how her mom's family is no more. After the dream, now that Lucia is well off, she will meet her grandpa and solve the family crisis.

SPOILERS chapters 97-99
chapter 97 -- he gets sexually harassed by the same commenter as well as more and gets more money, he continues for the money but doesn't feel the same satisfaction from it and feels like he's being bullied at school but now at home. Kitten (internet friend) disappears as he continues these posts but eventually comes back at the end with a big donation bascially saying "you don't have to feel obligated to do these things just because they're paying you"
98--Kitten donates again saying you don't have to, just do what you did before in your broadcasts, Mito (trash that asks for his underwear) donates again asking for underwear, Hooni cries and lifts his shirt up commenters are saying to stop. Then Soo-Rim bursts in and closes the laptop, ending the stream.
99--Hooni and Soo-Rim sit on Hooni's bed and drink I think hot coffee. Soo-Rim talks to Hooni asks him if he's enjoying it, saying as long as he's happy thats the most important thing. Hooni stops broadcasting and refunds all the money he received. He stops for a while, but when he feels comfortable he starts up again. We see Soo-Rim watching Hooni"s stream as well as his sister watching at work and then a 3rd mystery character.
We don't know who the mystery donates Kitten is but it eludes to being the character at the end off the chapter as well as appearing at the end of the most recent chapter 102
