I've never said this before in any BL I've ever read, but the glasses guys is just like me fr-fr.
Being the avoidant type but also craving affection and human touch is very annoying, especially when you're the type to be extreme about it. Terrified of someone leaving you so you leave them first to not get hurt. And when you do settle with somebody, you keep everything to yourself because again, you don't want them to leave you. You eagerly help them, but you never let them help you.
You're lonely but your mind convinces you being alone is better than doing something wrong to someone you hold dear. Because if you do, you're the problem and to you, that's fate worst than death. The easiest way to never have that issue is to have nobody at all. It's so counterproductive but that's how your brain is wired.
I'm happy he got his happy ending, he deserves the princess treatment.

This whole situation is actually pretty sad, I didn't really clock onto it early on but after seeing that girlfriend text and him longing to get out. I just, it's a terrifying situation.
I'm surprised that they're handling it the way they are, but I guess I can't expect them to be rational about things they don't understand, and they're teenagers too. Nothing you can do but accept it.

regarding the girlfriend....
Spoiler
He breaks up with her over the phone next chapter explaining that he didn't really liked her he just accepted her confession cuz he was feeling lonely since his mama remarried or smith and that he likes someone else, rn hes feeling guilty.
But a scenario in which he had a gf he actually loved would in fact be horrible

I've read so much BL and this one's going surprisingly smoothly, it's making me suspicious. What's the catch? Is he a serial killer? A douchebag behind the scenes? It's one-sided? Going along with the flow? Can't get over their ex? Crazy family?
Who knows! I'm suspicious.

maybe we're all thinking too much, let's focus on the title, it says 1 to 10, no way that's a rating, it's more like levels 1 to 10. what could that possibly mean:
a) the bottom destroys every cock that ranges from 1 to 10 (10 being the current long haired top)
b) the top leaves the bottom on the 10th day/month of their relationship
c) the bottom goes through 10 boys in the series to find his perfect one
d) we get to see 10 couples/side couples
e) the bottom has stage 10 c4ncer
//end of discussion//

Reread this because it's been so long but just realised the two MCs both share similar terrible experiences. (A) Bad experience with an adult, the tutor and the bar owner from the beginning, and (B) a highschooler going after them. It feels like bad energy just follows the happy couple.
Interested where the storyline with the ex-tutor goes though, I wonder if they'll address the terrible thing she did though because the one with Natsuki was clearly brushed over.

I finally caught up, but all I can say is Yohan is so unintentionally cruel. He knows in the back of his mind he's gonna betray Victor at some point but he keeps being so sweet, and so kind, and so loving. And I know he can't help it. He loves Victor a lot.
But he's making it really hard for the inevitable downfall to bear for everybody. I'm even at a point where I'm thinking he's not even gonna go through with it because he's just that affectionate.
This man is making me realise why the 9th circle of hell is betrayal.
Also the twink fairy got to Victor, NOOOOOOOOOO-

NGL I don't like either of them like that. However, Yohan is highkey annoying for not telling him the truth, BUT he's also horrible if he does. Leong was right. Does Yohan love his brother or NOT????? He better figure it out quick. Like Leong lost his father sooooo I love Van for Ian BUT I don't like the way Van trats Leong IDC. Victor is chill since I found out he didn't kill Leongs father.

I truly didn't have much expectations from Subin in the beginning, since I thought he'd be the type of guy who'd go for the easy way out. The way he was bumbling about in the earlier chapters really didn't reassure me. His relationship with Jun was not going well as well so Subin was reintroduced to me as an emotional mess.
But he proved me wrong. He faced everything and showed that he has grown. He has truly moved on and he even wished Hyunwoo the best? That takes so much strength to not harbour any hatred for someone who made you feel the absolute worst for a really long time, even with those highs considered.
It's really wonderful to see this because I'm used to tropes whenever an old love comes back, all goes down to shit. Extremely grateful and extremely happy of this outcome. Truly am.
So excited for the next chapters!
I genuinely think the mother would've let him live his life if she had the power to do so, but that's just me wishfully thinking.
Of course, she might not understand it completely considering how homophobia was the norm back then, but seeing her seeing him off makes me think she still loves him a lot and she does care. But again, wishful thinking.
