The pacing, the character design, the psychological depth, the trauma, the classical art, music, and literature references? fucking epic. And the way the author plays with words! Having a character repeat the exact same words after a truth gets revealed? Wow. The foreshadowing *chef’s kiss* I usually hate misunderstood tropes, but I’d devour this one without a single complaint
Edited: I just finished novel vol.4 and I wanna choke myself to death twice. Oh my god… it’s just as good as the manhwa (well….actually it’s more violent than what manhwa has shown us) the mc’s miserable is driving me insane. Poor child paying for the sin he never committed
