But that's not what this is about? Fanboy's mum is against him pursuing acting because it's an unstable job and you often can't make enough money from it to properly survive. She's worried for Fanboy's future and doesn't want him to have to live like that.
Of course, I can't fully agree with her approach on the matter, but we also have to consider that she just found out her son is doing something that could be life-changing and extremely risky behind her back. She must be in total shock about that too... Finding out your child is keeping stuff this important to their future is never a fun experience.
Let's just hope she comes around quickly and apologises :'/
