okay so i may understand why this makes me people uncomfortable but the POINT is that their parents who were remarried DIVORCED. you could say they were sisters, but not by blood and since their parents are divorced, by law they are no longer sisters. therefore, it’s not wrong if they are in a relationship now although the sentiment of them being sisters still remain.

It’s a morals thing. It’s immoral. They were raised together as a family for 8 years during their prime developmental ages. If they weren’t raised together for that long then maybe some wouldn't see it as immoral, but it’s hard to set aside that fact since it was that long. I doubt at their young ages they were thinking “we’re not related by blood” or distinguishing their relationship as stepsisters. Also I doubt they stopped their relationship cold turkey once their parents divorced. So to most people they were fully sisters despite them sharing no blood. Still read it cause it’s fictional, but I do see it as a little immoral and weird.

Also one more thing, it’s not about being wrong or right, it’s about it aligning with your morals or not and everyone has different morals and beliefs.

especially rupard… like he was so against having noah look after him and he has psychological trauma so how did he have the resolve to be with noah??? it doesn’t link properly

I would disagree - the panel where they first met kind of gave the feeling that Rupard was already interested in Noah and he did state that it was love at first sight, though I do see how sudden his love felt since he did a complete 180 from ch2-3. Cliche and fast-paced, the story is still sweet

and their situation with their mothers did get tied into each other, and they were able to offer love and consolation. idk how else to word it but they loved their mothers, and in turn they felt some relation and understanding when Rupard explained his trauma, and the chapter with the post office. With that, their love was well-expressed to me

i know that yahwi was a shitty red flag dumb ass from the start. he treated jooin terribly and he deserved being dumped. but he reflected so well over the years they’ve been apart… and the reasons why he acted the way he did to jooin made sense… doesn’t give him the right to act that way towards jooin, but the way he treated jooin was due to his childhood trauma… understandable. but i felt the whole time that yahwi’s feelings were always genuine. cain, although he was genuine, did not seem that trustworthy and did not keep his word at all to jooin. no matter how many times he has apologised to jooin for breaking his trust, he never acts properly to build back the trust. yes, cain treated jooin amazing, but it only backfired because it felt so fake, like cain had the obligation to love jooin due to his burden from the memories of his past life. using this, he imposes his feelings and the memories of his past life on jooin, and attacking him during his vulnerable moments. i hated him for that. i’m glad jooin made the decision to reflect and decide his own path. i honestly lost all hope when jooin was in between these two guys and could not even decide on how he feels, kissing one guy after another. it was a shit show. but i’m glad about his decision. i’m glad yahwi decided to spontaneously travel 16 hours to hopefully see him at the xmas tree. i loved the ending.
