It is incredibly insensitive from a actual psych perspective. Also there isn’t a depiction of the negative side effects of an ED besides a thin frame and issues with eating. Granted when we get into the nitty gritty of eating disorders it’s hard to sus out which one he presents with more since both anorexia and bulimia can/do include purging. It’s a pain in the ass to sus out also these characters’ relationship is incredibly toxic.
ending was sooo disappointing:( and i dont understand why they are allergic to communication - the dynamics super interesting but unfortunately the chemistry seems to end there. I really enjoyed this when they were in the beginning stages of liking each other, that was portrayed successfully.
