I don't think I can articulate just how much I am disappointed with this manhwa.
In a way, I got what I wanted, cute slowburn that doesn't overshadow the story, good humour and great interactions between fl and ml- but that's where it stops. The story is mediocre at best and everything (including the fl) is overshadowed by the ml.
He is great at every single damned thing (spoiler: I know he's a spy irl but like no personality and weakness is kind of boring, especially when the fl has a cute personality and actually acts human) and gets all the power ups.
For the fl to be number 2 in the game she knows jackall- to put it politely. It is impossible not to know any game mechanics and be 2nd in the entire game…even when you're a person who likes to play with brute force- and if it does work then why is she always (note: every single time. Not a majority- EVERY SINGLE TIME) getting rescued by the ml?
It would've been cool to have her as the main attacker and defence and him in the background doing cool chess grandmaster moves but that's not what happens. I can recall 4 (main) separate times when she hits the enemy with everything she's got- hits her limit and then gives the last shot(s) to ml.
Lastly, the fl progressively is getting more and more boobs. It's not important but would just like to point that out.
I remember seeing this manhwa being recommended but I can't remember the title（/TДT)/. From what I vagely remeber there's two protagonist and they're otakus and I think its a villainess and villain story (again I cane barely remember) and there are lots of anime references. It is a manhwa

AHAHAH ITS SO FUNNY, they called her an illegitimate child a panel ago and now they're the one kneeling at her (≧∀≦)
I tried turning off my brain for this but- I cannot. At first sure, but she keeps excusing their actions. Not doing anything to “incriminate” her but also nothing to help her is called being a bystander. And that's arguably just as bad.
She and the ml have zero chemistry. None.
Also, all the characters from her school only seem to ask for her forgiveness and apologize when they need something from her. And she just does it, with no gain whatsoever.
Chapter 29 is so well done. The “general” had to be the one who took the burden of being an accomplice- but getting to witness it happen kind of mess with my heart. Out of the two of them he had to be the one with the front row seat to killing their dreams. Not only that but having to watch anime senselessly just hits a bit too close to home. ╥﹏╥
Any manga recommendations with kind of a found family troupe. (for example I enjoyed Katekyo Hitman Reborn and Gintama… anything with a good funny cast with great chemistry :D)

Don’t know why people in the comments keep going on about “incest” and “sibling romance” when it states very clearly in the FIRST CHAPTER that they aren’t siblings. And both of them know it.
I would get it if like at least they were raised by parents as siblings, but they weren’t even raised by anyone who pushed the idea.
I don’t think the first love was that random considering we saw a panel of him with the same dog(?) when she was attacked as a kid. He’ll probably he some villain dude (could 100% be looking too deep into this.)
I do have a problem with the amount of guys flocking to the mc- like a normal love triangle is already too much so don’t add a third guy. Feel like the author is trying to set up the story but it just isn’t working because they are just throwing ingredients into the pot without resolving or developing any of them first, making the story feel chaotic and like there isn’t any story line or plot.
The mc is also entirely too meek. Please gurl stand up for yourself. I feel bad for the ml considering he might break his back from holding this whole story.
I think the title is very misleading. The in-laws are not obsessed with her and instead making her life harder- like wtf. Came into this thinking she’ll be pampered after a while but no. Especially the doctor, like what is her problem. At least she's trying something instead of just moping around, and also with the consent of a fully grown adult patient.
The Mc was so right when she said the fight was unnecessary, bro could've just had the thing in and not had that near-death seizure. Not to mention the researcher who went into it before she tried her hypothesis. So ungrateful to the person who literally saved your family’s life.
I am suffering reading these flashback chapters knowing what will happen. It hurts (/TДT)/ . I just want the fluff back (please don’t kill my favourite character off)
I’m glad I took a break and get to read so many good arcs (really really enjoyed coffin and haneil). It wouldn’t have hit the same if I kept getting left on cliffhangers lol. Can’t wait to see where this story is gonna go. Hopefully gojo gets some recognition for the work and effort it does.
