I was very tired while reading this, so I couldn't grasp everything. BUT THIS STORY IS SO MUCH MORE INTERESTING THAN I THOUGHT??? I read the lil description but not the tags this time,, who would've thought it was about past lives? so so good. so melancholic. so bittersweet.
p.s.: really wanted to see them meet the grandpa, but sure,, siiigh
rereading this after so long, still made me feel all fuzzy inside. it's one of those stories that could have continued and continued and I don't think anyone would complain. it's absolutely adorable and the characters are all well thought out and have great arcs and development.
wish it would have continued forever, or at least until we saw how they both deal with being popular, plus, I wanted to see what would happen if more people found out about their relationship (or even the entire world). there's always more we want to see so bad ahdjfk.
also, the epilogues presented us with such interesting dynamics, events and characters, and it's a shame we don't get to see them flourish.
it's cute on the whole, and me personally, I love delinquent ukes,, but their dynamic didn't develop enough, especially on satomi's end. they did talk a bit, but on the whole, their relationship stayed unbalanced for too long,,, also? no one really understands how he developed his feelings so quickly. plus, as someone said, the slurs that come out of nowhere?? completely unprovoked?? wtf.

cute and simple, but the characters are definitely not used to their potential. it's literally called the loser and the airhead, but it's almost irrelevant (the airhead part continues, but the loser??). it just felt like there could be MORE. much much more. not to mention the wrong tags, but someone pointed out that yoshiro said thank god he wasn't a virgin, and I also got confused at that. the fact they didn't even explain like ???? when, why, with who??? what ?
having ocs of my own that are like the dumb and dumber troupe, I just feel like the author could've have explored their story way more.
it was still quite cute and funny enough in some scenes, but heh.
p.s.: if he's supposed to be a loser because of his feelings only then like- okay, sure.
He’s a loser because he was scared of confessing first. And he said smt about he’s glad that he’s not a virgin because he assumed they won’t be doing the tango in their relationship.
Also he’s prob relieved because there’s a learned expectation for men to lose their virginity so he assumes that if he hadn’t lost it yet, he would stay a virgin for the rest of his life.
Also many details won’t be explicitly explained, you just have to make inferences.
Also, love this story ♡
