jesus christ,, this was a beautiful and extremely emotionally charged one.
however, as some people already pointed out,, the resemblance between souta and shouma, even the names, was a bit weird at the very least. they really could explore that side more in a second volume, it would be interesting seeing akira completely understand and internalize, they're different people and that he just loves shouma for multiple reasons connected to who he is.
it's also a topic that is barely explored in a pure and not judgy light. it's not akira's fault, but I'd love to see him sorting his mind and feelings out slowly, with the help of those around him.
still, what we got is quite good, and made me tear up a few times.

THIS WAS GOOD. every single character made me feel some type of way, and most of them were so lovable. the relationships all around were so beautifully depicted too.
I actually don't really feel the need to see the others' love lives (even though I really like them all), but I wouldn't say I didn't want to see more of their dynamics and adventures in general.
(side note: teared up a bit with the mom understanding her kids were all so caring. the hot chocolate for the dad? my heart,,,)

cute and simple, but the characters are definitely not used to their potential. it's literally called the loser and the airhead, but it's almost irrelevant (the airhead part continues, but the loser??). it just felt like there could be MORE. much much more. not to mention the wrong tags, but someone pointed out that yoshiro said thank god he wasn't a virgin, and I also got confused at that. the fact they didn't even explain like ???? when, why, with who??? what ?
having ocs of my own that are like the dumb and dumber troupe, I just feel like the author could've have explored their story way more.
it was still quite cute and funny enough in some scenes, but heh.
nothing new, but I still eat it up all the time.
and even though the dinamic is similar as many others, and the characters designs are practically the same as well,, it still is quite charming in it's own way.
