Whoever uploaded it did so regardless of the wishes of the uploader + translator. The official translation is out now, so they will upload the translated good-quality version eventually.
The translator has uploaded this unofficial version to youtube and doesn't want it on mangago.
Like if we keep pulling stuff like this, the translator might get mad + sick of it and they may stop translating. This has happened to quite a few mangas.
tbh replacing new chapters is a chore so we might get stuck with the bad quality stuff :/
