So the real psycho always makes it seems like his psycho gifts were from Karhan and the flowers/precious gifts from Karhan as his(psycho) presents to mother... Yet somehowww.. Mother never think to ask Karhan why Karhan give her dead animals etc.. So Karhan can refute and tell the truth.. So mother can have doubt.. And use brain to investigate truth instead of believing psycho one sidedly.. Like.. The heck..

It's agony that I can't Google for spoilers on this one... 13 years is way too long.. Can't believe I've read this since 2011 and it's still ongoing.. Albeit maybe it is finally reaching it's end.. But the end seems to be killing me..
The translation isn't the problem or at fault for the story being or feeling off in this particular manhwa case.. From the spoilers I read, the story really goes as the manhwa translation is.. Bit weird how the original lila was possessed by someone, then they ran away and somehow magically able to seduce a noble and married him..the storyline and characters are poorly written..
It feels like a cut and paste collage of an idea instead of a well written pace by pace progress.. It's a bit sad when translation are immediately blamed when some stories were originally bad in itself and the translation was pretty on point.. No matter how good a translation is, its hard to make a bad story becomes good unless the storytelling itself is revamp to become more tidy..altho, a good story can become annoying and frustrating to read due to bad translation..
