hmm i don't see it that way. I think the seme noticed that Naho was acting off, so he tried to ask Naho what was going on multiple times but Naho kept running away, and even went to Naho's house in chapter 5 so that they could walk to school together. He also didn't know that Naho thought he and Aoi were an item until that conversation on the bed. And although you're right in that he teased Naho and didn't clarify it right away after Naho said he was in love with Aoi, it was almost immediately after, so I think we should cut him some slack. But I can swear to God that seme never intentionally made Naho suffer.
I think the most controversial part is when the seme commented that Naho was average-looking to his friends. I'm not sure how I feel about that. Seme did say that Naho is cute and wouldn't let Naho put himself down, but I get why some people would get upset. I personally don't think it's anything too offensive if my lover thinks I'm objectively average-looking but still cute/adorable in their eyes.
Kana's biggest red flag is his possessiveness over Naho, which I believe has grown less intense since they did the deed.
