It's too bad this hasn't been updated in a while... I really love historical romances like this, and though it's been ages since I read what few chapters have been translated, I still yearn for more..... I will be ever grateful to whoever updates this, believe it or not, we are all waiting! This story is a treasure.
No hate, but... Am I the only one who prefers the previous translator? While I want to read more of the story and appreciate the effort the new translator has put in, personally, I prefer the smoothness and quality of the previous translations. I hope you guys are communicating with the old translators about picking up this work. But anyhow... I'll be dropping this temporarily until the previous translators pick it up. This has happened many times before with other manga on this site, when other people took over the translation of mangas (e.g. the Duchess with an empty soul) and I don't really appreciate it, because I feel like the inconsistency and choppiness of the translations really detracts from the reading experience, at least for me... But yeah, like I said, no hate.
While I’m also pretty bummed by the fact that they’re not going to translate past ch. 48, just know that it’s not the end of the world guys. The official English translation of this manga is on tappytoon and it costs 3 tokens to read one chapter (you can purchase 46 tokens for $5, and that’ll last you for 15 chapters.) I like this manga a lot, so I don’t think that’s expensive at all. Anyway, just putting it out there, for y’all who didn’t know (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
Oh my gosh, Lady Sarah was saying she was jealous that someone had stolen Aria's attention... How is no one talking about this?! I don't know if I read her expression properly, but it looked like she might, just might, think of Aria as more than just a friend...
I think she saw Aria as a daughter or something like that and she is scared that if Aria fall in love she will forget her, you know kind of like an overprotective mom ? And we can see in the recent chapter that they are not meeting as much as they used to, and she is just scared that Aria will abandon her. (This is my point of view I understand if you don’t agree with me I don’t want to offend anyone also sorry if I’ve made mistakes English is not my birth language)
This is so sweet. And I feel sorry for the Duke, he's really awkward... But kudos to him for gaining the courage to ask to join in. Reminds me of primary school when you wanted to play with other kids, it's pretty comical but also touching. The Duke is definitely a very shy and sensitive person, even though he may have a resting bitch face.
Just realised this is from the same author who wrote Saver!
