A lot of people in the comments hates Yoonseul because he rejected Joon. First of all, Yoonseul is a guy. And he thought he was straight. And he didn't had feelings for Joon before.
And they saw each other again, and he, had this confusing feelings. Feeling giddy, happy etc. when he is with Joon. He had confused this feelings with "friendship" coz he thought he was straight. So he rejected Joon, once again so that Joon will not get his hopes up.
And ofc, the korean society aren't that welcoming either with gays. Which has a big effect on how Yoonseul thinks.
He is now doing his best to woo Joon. And as I understood it, Yoonseul didn't feel happy that he madr Joon cried. He felt happy because Joon still feels something for him. You know, you wouldn't cry for someone if they don't affect you anymore.
