I read this back then when it had 40~(?) chapters, and I stopped because it was so grim and excruciatingly depressing. The colour palette refelected this by using a lot of monotones when things got dark.
I wanted to wait until Sasha could lighten up the story and bring colours back into the family. This manhwa has me on a whirlwind of emotions that I cant even describe, and I am destroyed that it isnt completed when I read it again. ╥﹏╥
My comrades, take my advice... Just wait until this is finished to binge read the whole thing.
"Why the fuck are you sad? Stop being sad!!" - kind of attitude. The teacher has good intentions but goes about it in the worst way, especially when you show preferable treatment to another student right in front of him. Even Lanziee (white haired kid) could point out that he shouldn't mess with him too much. Although, to me, he went a bit too far because we've seen what Boris went through and can sympathise with him.
If he'd known Boris's history with his sword and what he has been through, he wouldn't have just stolen his sword. That's why as a teacher, you should probably get your student to open up to you and know more about them, and then you fix their mentality - once they're past the grieving stage. If he doesn't apologise for his robbery in the future, I would have the pettiest problem with him. Ironically, the nicest he's been to him was the first time they met.
This is why when asian kids grow up, they may appreciate their parents' intentions of strict parenting (plus hitting their kids lol) but still disagree with how they went about it.
