The men are looking good, ngl... I like the dynamic of this, the drawing is nice, allowing some memorable faces to evolve in a parallel world. I encourage people to take a look at it :)

the issue about the gender is confusing : was she born a boy and realized she was a girl, or born a girl ? would make a difference about how she perceives her body.
i think she was born a girl but she was raised a boy her whole life making her think she was a boy? and then when her body started changing she finally realized??
She was probs born a girl but had a boys body and as she matured, her body started changing into a girls. Maybe that's why she was confused(???)
