I wonder why she didn't pretend to not know she hates pink then secretly wear the prettiest and pinkest dress she could find to her debut. Pretend to be late and when all eyes are on angela just make a grand entrance with an amazing gift(as an apology and to prevent rumors). Angela will have a meltdown then bam rep ruined. As a back up plan she could pretend to cry and apologize to gain sympathy and ruin angela further
