When the Empress literally had a conversation with the creepy Duke, all of a sudden he accuses her of cheating.
But Trashta can directly state that she's friends that that Duke and he didn't even think of accusing her of something like that.
Throw the whole man away, he can join Trashta on the way out.
I don't like Shiori (the guy). I feel like he's trying to kind of forcefully push Hinase (the mc) into being a female. I understand he wants to do that so Hinase won't die, but...
And I also dislike the fact that he doesn't think he could be with a guy even if they had a pretty face (referring to Hinase). I understand that Japan is a homophobic society but if Shiori truly loved Hinase he would be okay with whatever gender they are.
And it's not impossible because Ritsu (the girl) said that she would still love Hinase even if they were the same gender - though it would be ideal if Hinase was a man.
Anyway, thank you for listening to my TED talk. (=・ω・=)
I'm not sure if you're trying to say you forgot where the homophobic part was mentioned or if you trying to call me out for calling Japan a homophobic country.
If you did mean it harmlessly then sorry for giving you a speech. And if you did mean the latter then here's my reasoning. No hate by the way, I'm not trying to start a fight. <3
I understand that Japan is probably making steps towards being more LGBTQ+ friendly, however I think that there probably is still a negative stigma around gay people, and as much of an acceptance. The younger generation is probably more accepting, but high school boys tend to be quite homophobic in order to prove their "masculinity".
But I apologise if my statement has offended you, whether it is because you are Japanese yourself or you feel very positively about the country.

I'm sorry but the way she sat on his body, covering her mouth and smiling whilst holding a dagger to his throat is so cool. Please, your hand in marriage my lady. (⊙…⊙ )
