I'm a stone cold hearted bitch but reading about the aunts backstory made me cry.
Something about the normalization of her identity in a Japanese shojou manga really got me.
Everyone around her treats her like a regular woman but you can kinda tell that she wasn't accepted when she was growing up and seeing her dad ask her to bring her boyfriend home like he was trying to accept and understand her was the most heartbreaking bittersweet thing.
