the mc himself said “ whatever his past…thats not a reflection of him right now”. So clearly the mc realizes that his fuckboy tendencies are not the same. Also it’s pretty ridiculous to think that he’s still a fuckboy when he’s in a relationship like obviously it’s possible however this isn’t that type of story! And before you say how I know this, it’s simply speculation :). And I said their relationship is genuine because that’s how I see it, it’s my opinion. And you can’t tell me the ml isn’t hiding something therefore what I meant as dismissive of his past. Hope this helps.
I kinda skimmed through the chapters because I saw the rape scene so I was debating if it was worth reading. I saw that the seme is a police officer and yet he raped mc??? Like huh I’m so confused
For me it was definitely worth reading, seme is a horrible person himself and everyone hates him bcoz of his personality after that he fell so hard for mc and regretted a lot about his past actions ofc he didn't change he's still a self-centered person but you'll see he's taking good care of mc and becoming a biggest simp for him meanwhile mc staying nonchalant was really fun to read
Babe, in my 25 years of living, I haven't seen even a handful of decent cops. They're mostly horrible people who have more authority than they deserve.
As for the manhwa, it's not an easy read, but I'd say it's worth it. Nakwon's character development is satisfying, it's one of the best chasing arcs I've read (it doesn't undo his actions, of course)
And Mokhwa isn't just an NPC uke with zero personality. He's intelligent, tough and hard working. I love him.

It is totally worth reading, for me the comedy and romance is perfect. The dramatic and dark moments are due to the pasts of the protagonists and some secondary characters. But it is because of how they overcome the situations that makes friendship and love so beautiful in the series.
