Telling her friend to stop fighting? Holding her emotions in? Those things make her a damsel in distress? I don't get your logic. Because I think a damsel in distress would be crying in that situation and asking for help from somebody.

I understand that. The story is definitely something that makes me wanna drag my hair out. I wish for her to gain more confidence, so that she can be able to solve conflicts without The-Four-Heavenly King’s. But it’s easier said than done when she feels like a ‘tool’ for the author. I’m looking forward to her glow up
