I don't think he killed him cuz i read the raw and seems like the kiss was just a cover up. You kisses Nao while he sleeps and Haruki sees him and so to cover up that You kisses Haruki. Haruki is also in love with Nao and Nao knows that after Haruki kisses him but he dies. Nao still thinks Yous in love with Haruki... Thats what i think after looking at the raws
