Okay i really had to put it out there, despite the story’s seriousness. Disney world is in florida and disneyland is in California. Assuming he lives in cali did he visit disneyland or was he living on the east coast back then?

Yes, but that's just me and I love Disney. Before covid I would travel to either Hong Kong or back to Japan for the weekend just to hang at Disneyland. Overkill for sure, but it's one my pleasures in life lmao

What i feel from the manhwa is so confusing sometimes i cant make out what i should feel. And theres the comments as well hating the seme so much. Correct me if im wrong,
What im getting is that the eunwoo loved taeho for a long time but never admitted it because then he would die. But he was heartbroken from him many a times.
Han taeho loved eunwoo too and always knew that eunwoo loved him too but always denied it from himself. He never loved the other guy he wanted to divert himself after he saw eunwoo was well without him. And he found himself excuses to make eunwoo hate and deny his love because he was scared. He was scared all through if they loved each other eunwoo might have to carve his heart out. So he didnt trust eunwoo to turn into pearls instead hed kill him to live and also he didnt want him to turn to pearls. Now he wants eunwoo to love the VP and kill him so they can be together?! As crazy as it sounds!!
So this just proves that taeho knew eunwoo loved him and still stayed with him for his selfish reasons at the risk of him turning into pearls all this while he knew deep inside he loved eunwoo, he is so fucking shitty.

I think you got it all covered up perfectly. However I think at the beginning Han Taeho was sort of in between in love/in lust/ or just getting the high out of Eunwoo's affection? I mean he's a bit of an egoist and a big head and having Eunwoo in love with him (and the sex too) is like a boost. But when they started living together, Han Taeho fell in love and he felt guilty for taking advantage of Eunwoo's feeling, because now the mermaid sees their relationship as purely physical. Now we have the VP and Taeho think this is the answer for their situation. Also I agree with u, taehos heart should be fed to the sharks
First when i started writing it down i didnt feel hate for the character taeho but later as i kept writing I understood the manhwa better and understood taeho character better and hated it. With this manhwa i keep forgetting what i feel for this story. And this story requires a lot of feelings to understand it.

This... I dunno... Cause I can see Taeho's point of view perfectly. Is he being selfish? Yes. But it's to the point that he would risk anything just as long as him and the mermaid stay alive and end up together.
Even to the point of putting other lives at risk.
I'm an irl Yandere and I understand his thought process very well. He's just reaching his breaking point because he's becoming desperate for a solution before the mermaid's entire mental stability and their spirit completely breaks. Which is just as bad as losing one another to Taeho. So now he's grasping at straws.
See this is what i was thinking about taeho too in the beginning. I felt his selfish was not something he deserved so much hate for. But thats not all his character is about later on in the story i understand very well how much he used eunwoo feeling for the essence of his dominant character. Which is why i dont like much either. But i wouldnt dare say he’s unforgivable seeing there is alot more to the story.
I think he was conditioned to hate/love the mermaid by his family with all of those dates pair, myth and beliefs. It must've messed him up real bad and now he's on the verge of that foundation breaking down. So yeaaah I can see why he's panicking like that, but a greater person will step up and do the right thing, that is letting Eunwoo go for each of their own happiness. But yeah.. obsession is real
