the novel goes a bit more indepth with how like, cultish it gets — with how characters feel the need to appease jaehyun and their sudeen change of personality... it's really interesting to read. kiss me, son of god by they might be giants really fits this in my opinion

it was originally a novel with 3 volumes (which are all physically published in english now) but it just came out with a manga adaptation of the same name (which is also licensed and published physically!). you might've already seen it too, as it had a movie adaptation a few years back
