that's unexpected ending... I remembered one manga where the girl stayed human till the end and died of old age, but they still live happily amd she left him some baby vampires who can keep him company, forgot what that manga name was.. I hope there's a lil baby next side story
I think you’re thinking of Hana to Akuma. I really loved that manga and even though it had a happy ending it made me cry because she died.
