i love this trope of opposites healing and learning with each other. peony grows from being just a diehard fangirl to actually loving and understanding richt. and richt, oh he is the epitome of edgy but with his circumstances, it's a no-brainer why he is the way he is. the fact that overtime he learns to be honest with his feelings and accept support from others is WONDERFUL. i love peony's straightforward and kind nature, it contrasts well with richt's warier and intimidating demeanor. the way they banter and bicker is adorable. burn is slow but not too slow, this kind of pacing and development is just right for me. <3
