There's a reason why the author set up a plot in a Yakuza environment 1)It's not for the faint-hearted 2)You know what you signed up for. There were already indications in earlier chapters that the manga would take a more violent approach and I believe there are underlying reasons for those scenes which is for us readers to figure out.
And yes, the author's approach is different and it may not be to everyone's liking but imagine a manga that plays out like how all the readers were expecting it to; how boring of a read would that be because of the predictability? Well, atleast for me it would be. I love this author's approach solely because it keeps me on the edge of my seat. If you're not someone into what the author is portraying in the storyline, then it's fine. I mean you are entitled to your opinion.
But don't kill the author's creativity by forcing your ideals on them saying it's wrong and making comparisons with reality when this is purely fictional. What YOU'RE doing is wrong on so many levels because YOU'RE saying that the author is not supposed to have those elements that YOU ABHOR in the story. If you don't like it, express it and move on. It's that simple.
Didn't want to stay for the plot cause it was too painful watching ju-ha being forced to whore himself out.(NGL, I skimmed through those parts.) But the blossoming of his bubbly innocence from Dooshik's zealousness made me stay, FOR GOOD. This boy's shyness and adorable bursts of energy when he is cornered by Dooshik is simply irresistible.
Pffftttt gahahhaha...when his elephant stood up! Gawd, it's only chapter 7 and I can't even control my laughter...
