Looking fir a manga...

I’m looking for a manga. It was a Yaoi and there were these 2 guys who would meet at the line on the side of the road every day. I think in the last chapter is about when they grew up. That’s all I know but please anyone help me find it! It’s a special one to me ╥﹏╥
