Yuji has been watching Yamato this whole time. Like yes, he noticed this guy watching his friend; but he was watching Yamato first to even draw that conclusion. He’s obviously not good at understanding his own feeling considering how things went with his girlfriend. Yuji couldn’t understand/ read her feeling she had been friends / dates her a lot longer than knowing Yamato. I think he was still trying to figure it out for himself. His friend even mentioned that he was more into his friends than his girlfriend. He mentions that he always feels comfortable (since they started hanging out) with Yamato. I feel Yuji is possibly bisexual. He saw this guy who was really into his friend and decided to become friends with him knowing that his friend would never date him. Yuji has wanted to protect Yamato and give him a happy ending since the beginning. I truly think that it could make sense for them to date. I’m not saying this doesn’t fall under the same troupe as most BL, but I feel like the time it’s taking for them both to understand makes sense. Like Yamato is scared shitless because he’s realized he’s fallen for one of his best friends and dating him doesn’t cross his mind. He wants to move on because he really values his friendship. Exactly. It’s like that other Webtoon I read, MC realised the Uke was in love with another guy, and he even know which guy it was. He then confronted the Uke. But not until much later in the chapters when MC finally understand that he was interested in uke romantically since beginning and slowly falling deep in love.
While for Koimonogatari, Yamato already declared that he is Seme.... so I guess Yuji gonna be a power Uke?

You can tell they’re struggling to continue the story (and combine all of these other characters from other manga, continuously and pointlessly). It’s been way to long and drawn out. A 50 page update and no progression of Misaki telling his brother. We already know how much they love each other, MOVE ON. It’s losing its story line. It’s bad enough that it takes forever to update, but it seriously is going no where. I though when his sister in law found out, we’d finally have progress, but I was clearly wrong. It used to be such a good series. Disappointed that it’ll probably be months (maybe even a year) for a new update and something will probably interfere with Miaski telling his brother because the story must. drag. on. I used to love this one because it was one of the few BL that had an actual plot line, but now it’s stuck in a rut. Stop wasting time on bringing in other characters that distract from the main story. It’s become so boring .
