In the most recent chapters it was heavily implied that they had sex and the girl with the long black hair and glasses said she was pregnant with his child. Hopefully they didn't but it was implied really heavily and it made the tone of the manga a lot creepier than it already is/was
SPOILER AHEAD if you read the manga on another site, like i did, you'll find out that it's the host guys child (Julia was dating him before she became the kid's slave). There are some sexual themes around them, but it's over powered by her being more like a mother to him later on. So it's kind of messed up, but not as messed up as to what lucie went through

Lol okay so the friend doesn't win, the king wins and they go home and in later chapters realizes shes in love with the king etc but doesn't say anything because she is human and anubis continues to be a jerk but he'll eventually sort of lighten up and start accepting her and there id definitely romance for lizard lady
