This story is good, but there's just one thing that annoys me.
The author did absolutely no research on binding.
I mean, binding so tightly that the chest is completely flat makes it hard enough to breathe, that you would expect a few things, even from one who has been doing it from a young age:
1) You would expect binding breaks
2) You would expect there to be some repercussions (e.g. shortness of breath etc.) shown in the story
3) You would expect that the main character wouldn't be able to run around much, let alone sleep binding
4) What is going on with shortness of breath from a corset? Corsets are nothing like those stories of tightness that we hear depict them to be, and even if they were, there is no way that the main character would have any trouble with breathing in them. She's been binding for years, there's no way that this would be harder.
Well, that's my rant. Bind safely, kids.

I dont know much about binding at all, but Avery/Elijah looks to be already kind of flat without the binder, it seems, so i don't know if it would be too much of an issue for it to be completely flat and without breathing issues? Again, ive never binded before so i dont really know how it works lol. Just speaking from theory

No matter how flat you are, anyone at her age would need to bind very tightly, especially using bandages, to get themselves flat like her, and achieving that would mean tight enough to definitely inhibit breathing a bit.
Do some research if you're interested. I'm just speaking from my experience and the experience of others like me.

It's so nice just having a completely normal (if smart) protagonist for a change.
So many manga have "special" protagonists who are completely overpowered or treated as if they aren't normal, it's nice to have someone different.

oo... it seemed that way, but you know i think the Heroine that is liked by the dragon lord, is like reincarnated (because she asked the guys for those things that are from our world) and if things are true she is villainous because she get opportunity in the rumors to get rid of our FL, and she also want to have a harem for her own.. i bet she act like "i am the heroine of the -novel,otome game, whatever be- so i have to get all i want".. but i bet she will cause an uproar and get the country into war or some shit(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
i do hope our girl gets a blessing from a dragon in that country and he get rich with the inventions...aaa this looks promisingლ(´ڡ`ლ)

I think you're right about the inventor-guy getting famous (forgot his name) & that he & "our girl" (forgot her name too) are gonna have a cutesy-sweet romance. It'll be a shame if she tries the "Blissfully Ignorant~" approach to when he tries to pursue her romantically though.
& if you're right about the Heroine from earlier being a self-absorbed "This world & everything/everyone in it belongs to me *kekeke*" kind of brat then I hope there's some kind of payback / vengeance to get back at her too....Hmmm. Maybe not something violent so much as a Fall from Grace ending...? i think i like that one best. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

I don't know what to think of this. It seems like she wants the little kid (who is eight years old) to fall in love with her? Firstly, that's a young child, secondly, she doesn't have to fall in love with the person who is clearly not meant to love her and thirdly, the translation seems very confusing...
Idk. Just my opinion.

The translation here is really rough. In the novel, at least, she definately is NOT trying to make him fall in love with her. When she says "I'll become the heroine" she really just means she'll become the main character of her own story, rather than living as the childhood friend/sweetheart of the hero who wastes her life waiting for him in a small village while he falls in love with another girl. In the novel, she actually starts distancing herself from him and starts learning alchemy and bc of her modern and game knowledges is hailed as a genius alchemist.
SPOILERS.....
There are some hints though that there's something happening to the hero (he keeps dreaming about the game FL even though he hasn't met her yet and its mentioned that his eyes have gotten darker) that forced him to forget about the childhood friend and fall in love with the FL.
