That’s why it’s best to jump get on that Mo boat. All aboard! That boy is getting everything now. Story focus, two of the hottest guys vying for his attention (even if one is negative), a guy who will give him whatever he wants (within reason), kind loving mother. He went from zero to hero. The boy is like one of those BL game protagonists who just keep collecting bad boys.

Noooooo, the thing about Lil Mo's character is that he's more independent and isolated and doesn't need the help of others to come by, in one episode he even denied a modelling job that likely paid well simply because "he didn't want to be someone's monkey". I love lil mo, but honestly I want him to kind of stand up against He Tian without being silenced immediately after and I want him to have the upper hand for onceeeee（/TДT)/

I don't think you get the point ... He Tian also dominates and forces him to do what he wants and never let Mo Guan Shan share the same power with him. He tamed Mo Guan Shan to be his bitch pet and this is canon since even the author already established He Tian walking Mo Guan Shan in a leash as a master/slave dynamic. I think the 5% of the fandom that loves the character had expected a dynamic where Mo Guan Shan was not inferior to He Tian, not submissive nor a pet because this kind of dynamic is not really love, it's power dominance. Alas, Guan Shan is made to fall in love and became a submissive pet to He Tian because that is the favorite kink in Yaoi and 19 Days is about fanservice, especially Tianshan so Mo Guan Shan fans ( the ones who wanted this character to be more than a slave pet to He Tian or anyone) are just left to grieve the waste of a good strong character.

What if...he just likes bdsm and giving up control since it offers him relief from always trying (and failing) to be a badass and his fear of being seen as weak?? Like hear me out but he dreams of guys basically calling him a wuss and then comes He Tian comforting him and touching his butt..he’s young and still finding himself so it’s entirely possible

You can’t find canon. He’s already blushing and dreaming of him. And have you seen the official artworks. Surely you knew he’d fall in love? Isolation is never good. He’s better with his newfound friends and future bf. When he was alone he was a gloomy troublemaker. I’ll take current Mo over threaten to beat a guy for bumping into him, strangling, and bashing heads with rocks thanks. He improved SO much.

I can't fight canon but I can still dislike it.
It's such a horrible dynamic to watch one guy hopelessly reject the advances from a clearly more dominant guy and see him always having to go along with what the dominant guy says or do.
This isn't love, this is dominance. Love is He Tian and Mo being on equal footing, love is having He Tian open up to Mo without having to push him down or assert dominance, love is Mo not being uncomfortable to He Tian's "teasing". Love is not unconsentfully kissing a guy and later blaming him for being disgusted about it, Love is not entering his house unsolicited and threatening to harm him if he goes against his words.
I'm glad that Lil Mo is starting to soften up and lower his hostile demeanor but god you can't just rip what makes Lil Mo, Lil Mo and make him a complete bxtch to He Tian.
And so what if I'm not the writer? Am I not allowed to have an opinion on what sucks to me and what doesn't? You seem so hellbent on having Lil Mo bend over and take He Tian, are you really that desperate to see someone break?
You're not the writer also, why do you get to decide that Lil Mo get's to be a fxcking doormat for He Tian to step on. Also, now that you mention canon, don't you see He Tian acting more vulnerable to Mo and sometimes treating him equally?

The author drew Mo in a leash and bondage being held by He Tian. He’s asking for earrings now. He doesn’t bother trying to avoid him or push him away unless he gets too aggressive. The writing is on the wall. They can have love and dominance. Relationships aren’t all wholesome and squeaky clean. They can be messy. If you want equal and wholesome there’s still Zhanyi.
