If I'm being honest.. she makes a lot of stupid impulsive decisions, and can be melodramatic over the smallest misunderstandings, breaking down to tears frequently. Jinri has her own life problems and past too, but Sena is always thinking about herself and expecting everyone to put down what they are doing and tend to her, that victim complex need to go. Oh and I'm not really a fan of her cheating either.. although I DO try to give her the benefit of the doubt on that one because of her past but like.. I feel bad for her "boyfriend" who she's lashing out on and using.
gurl freaks out on concerned boyfriend who can tell something wrong and shes depressed, she slaps his hand away, yells at him, runs out the front door and immediately starts making out with her secret lover right in front of their complex, which obviously leads to worried boyfriend following her because shes acting odd and seeing them together. and all for what? "she was jelly of the ex" while she herself is cheating... its so hypocritical ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I know I know.. but then we wouldn't have a plot but all of the characters so far seem unlikable to me, I dont care about any of them.

Japan has really strict laws about secretly recording people. It's why you usually see the "evil" characters secretly record and blackmail with it but rarely ever see the good side do it. It's not okay unless it's out and out stated. And when you are on private property, you need explicit permission.
Most of the ideas you've suggested would get Shiori arrested, sued, and kicked out of school if she brought it forward. On the other hand, the kids who have done anything to her so far would likely get a slap on the wrist because they haven't done anything illegal, they are just being mean. They would walk away with nothing on them and she would have a record.
The only real way to combat bullying in Japan to come straight up and make an accusation and have people on her side when she does it or to have it witnessed and have a witness come forward. Aside from that, you basically need your parents to be involved so that they can say "Hey, they've complained about this before."
But ultimately, it turns into an issue of if her classmates like them enough to stop it. There's away to bully that can't be combated and that's simply not getting caught. Mess with her desk when she and the teacher are away. Mess with what she leaves in her lockers. Insult her when the teachers aren't around. Then, they just socially isolate her the rest of the time. She could report that and cry about it til kingdom come but the school couldn't do much and would probably just try to remove her from the school.

especially after all that bravado she gave about it. its kind of stale how all these FL's never do anything even slightly immoral, they are all these perfect goddesses. only the ML's get to be complex characters without needing to be merciful or likable. I'm pretty sure the prince has been aware of her gender since the beginning too (hence all the physical contact) its more likely the case.. then believe a guy who's been married to like 8 different woman before was gay. with how confident she is about him really not suspecting anything about her story or physical differences (lack of adams apple btw) she's kind of more naive then I thought.

I let his ignorance of such matters pass in the beginning of the story, because I figured the author was just using the character inexperience to explain the mechanics in world setting, but we are nearing the second half of the story (s2) now and he's still as oblivious as he was before, despite having plenty of reason to educate himself on such matters, like marking, knotting, ect

she's only in the story to be that one villainous bitch, and lacks any character outside that temporary role (at least shes fulling her one job properly if you do hate her) if you think about it, she doesnt even have a good reason to hate estelle, its just the usual: well y'know.. woman are prone to be jealous hoes by nature cliche. why bother giving them complexity or depth, some kind of moral grey? we just need her to be antagonistic to the MC for PLOT
so with this knowledge I'm just indifferent towards her.

yes I've read them. it doesnt change my point though, this character is designed by the author to be dislikable, with the knowledge she serves as just a function to drive a source of conflict into the plot. I'm indifferent towards her.
whereas people who hate her character still care about her.
Honestly tho, she's the typical villain like in every other manga, manhwa and drama. She's only there to be hated and the reason is "she's jealous of the main character" which is so overused and honestly very annoying.
yup. its really seems like woman in these stories are set to either two extremes:
"pure" doe eyed saints or evil tempestuous hoes. meanwhile there is a whole pallet of different kinds of male characters to choose from that come in all kinds of shades..
