While I understand that a lot of you guys aren’t able to purchase the official raws due to your individual circumstances, I ask that you guys please refrain from sharing links to raws uploaded illegally. The author has announced interest in pushing for an official English version and requested that foreign fans purchase raws when able so that she has the statistics to back up the demand for an official translation. It’s a little disheartening to see so many people enjoy an author’s work yet don’t take the means to support them because there are free (read: illegal) alternatives to access the work. I know I’m not in a position to say much since I’m the one translating illegally, but I also believe that scanlation/fan-translations are made so that people who normally wouldn’t come across a series can be made aware of it and support the author so that an official translation will be made available.
If an official English version does come to fruition, not only will you have quicker updates (since people working at the publishing company are paid to meet deadlines whereas we’re doing this as a hobby without monetary compensation) but you will also be able to help the author make their livelihood.
Sorry that I always make such long comments, but TLDR, please stop posting links to illegal raws and support the author when you can!! (If you need instructions on how to purchase Bomtoon raws, please PM me, and I’ll be happy to help.)

First of all, thank you so much for the translation, we’re appreciating your hard work. Secondly, I really wanted to buy their artwork legally, not only this artist, all of them. But their website is only in Korean and I have no idea where and how could I buy the chapters and it’s so complicating. If they want us to buy, the least they can do is to upload an English version of their website on the Net.

While we always highly encourage readers to buy the official chapters whenever they can, what we do NOT encourage is blatantly mentioning our UNOFFICIAL FAN-TRANSLATIONS to the author or publishing company, nor do we encourage them to send the author links to websites such as Mangago where the fan-translated chapters are uploaded.
Please, please, please, if you want to show support to the author, just purchase the original chapters on the publishing site and/or purchase the official English translations when they are available to you! Please do not ask the author for updates on unofficial translations because these fan-translations are NOT LEGAL.
If the publishing company finds out that we're making these releases, EVEN IF they're not planning on making an official English version, we may be forced to stop, and the entire group could get into serious legal trouble!

I'm not entirely sure why they did that, but maybe they were getting impatient with our releases and thought that telling the author would make the releases faster? Little did they know that the author has no part in what we're doing right now ^^;;;
While there are some people who really just want to give trouble to (BL) scanlation groups, I think a good amount of readers don't seem to understand that scanlation is illegal lol
Of course, if Dear Door ever gets an official English version, then we'll stop scanlating it!

Hi. Translator for Dear Door here. I don't know how many times I really need to say this until people can understand, but THE CHAPTERS THAT ARE BEING UPLOADED HERE ARE NOT THE OFFICIAL ENGLISH VERSIONS.
They are scanlations, meaning they are ILLEGAL FAN TRANSLATIONS THAT ARE NOT ENDORSED BY THE AUTHOR. Stop asking the author when the next English chapter is coming out.
There's no "uploader" from an official English version because THERE IS NO OFFICIAL ENGLISH VERSION OUT YET.
Yes, the author has announced that there is going to be an official English version planned to release this year on her Twitter. She hasn't stated around what month or what platform it's going to be released on, only that it's going to be this year and that she's working on it. We will continue to give updates on the progress of the official English version as more information is revealed. Until then, Dysania Scanlations will still be working on Dear Door.
I know that the majority of readers are very respectful towards the author and the scanlation team, and I truly appreciate y'all. This message is for the few stragglers that are starting to grate on my nerves because they never seem to read any of our notices.
I will say this one last time, but PLEASE stop bothering the author about our illegal fan translations. She has nothing to do with it, nor does she want to associate herself with it. And please stop asking when the next update will be. It doesn't make us work faster because this is done in our own free time and we all have lives outside of scanlation.

Apologies. I've always known that these were a group effort composed of translators (you), proofreaders, typesetters, redrawers and etc. I just thought of you as somewhat the "representative" of your team. Again, thank you for your and your team's effort.
I would like to join your Discord server but I find Discord to be somewhat very confusing. I don't know how to navigate around it nor know how things work there so, at the moment, I'm just gonna give thanks to you here and to your team through you.
It’s the cleaner and typesetter’s work, but I agree with you, the scalation’s quality here is impeccable. After seeing the raw I keep asking myself who in their right mind wants to clean and typeset this webtoon because it’s one hell of a cleaning job. This group did it justice and I have so much respect for them.
Right?! The raws had a lot of these huge ass watermarks on them and some of the suffix themselves are sometimes huge and stylized too and yet they remained "loyal" both to its font style and size. I'm very amazed!
They likely paid for the raw so there should be no watermark. But the SFX... damn.
Ah I see. Honestly, removing those watermarks would've been hell to clean. But yeah, the suffixes are just... perfection.
Want to say a very big thank you and your team too The cleaner has my blessing bc of all the sfx. They are like a grafic itselfs.
