It's a bittersweet ending. Grim Reaper exchanged his life for Mokhyun(?) In exchange, Grim Reaper dies and Mokhyun(?) Lives. But in the future, they meet again. Somehow, Mokhyun(?) Still retains his past memories. Not that he died or what. He does remember everything about Grim Reaper. They came across again, but this time Grim Reaper is reincarnated as a Human Beings who has no recollection of his past memories being a Grim Reaper or Mokhyun(?) At that. But Mokhyun(?) Remembers Grim Reaper telling him that they will meet again somewhere in the future because they both don't know what Fate has in store for this two Muffin and Cinnamon Roll.
I wish I could dedicate my time to doing something similar like this. A short yet enjoyable Manhwa XD I am just too lazy to do panels...

I don't understand that either though? The incubus never got with him for the purpose of mere sexual pleasure and being a sex buddy. He got with him to live, but yet the other guy(I don't remember his name) was acting as if they had the same goal. The incubus, if he didn't have feelings for him, would have most likely just dumped him and found somebody else to feast off of if the other guy said that to him.
