It's good and starts off great but by chapter 35 I was getting bored. The main character is likable enough as a chaotic rogue type but he doesn't have much variation to his behavior. Story needs more variety. Right now it's just a loop of gather info, smirking MC, MC scam enemies, tomb/relic fight, plans for next relic ... repeat. Be nice to get a bit more character development or activity to break things up and keep the tomb raiding exciting.

Wanted to like but it's not very good. Story moves too fast so there is very little build up to anything happening. This makes things feel forced and contrived. Characterization and development is really lacking as well. Main character goes from ptsd, insecure homebuddy to insta assasin with a matching personality change. All other characters are fairly shallow and not that interesting. Also, what's with all the tits? Not every woman is going to have her ass and tits hanging out. Even the proffesional suite wearing office gals are dressed like they're in a porno :/
This is sadly just another Gary Stue author self insert male power fantasy. If the art was better might not mind all the fan service (tits/ass) but it's super bland so its just distracting. Better off reading just about any other korean player/hunter story; Solo leveling, Frozen Player, Bug Player, etc.

Has anyone else noticed that most character summons seem to be from the ancient era during the demon lords tenure?
Premise is fun but the execution is bland. Story does nothing but ego stroke the MC. Just scene after scene of MC being OP and breezing through everything. It's shallow with minimal details or world building. Characters exist to prop MC. Even the fights are short and without tension as MC just overwhelms everything.
OP protagonists are only fun when there is conflict. Since MC just waltzes through every encounter so conflict is non existant. Good world building could make up for this but even that's lacking. Only just enough info is given to set up the next encounter that will be over by the end of the chapter....
I read the 1st chapter then masked monarch was mentioned so I went straight to the comment section to see if this is another solo leveling rip off. After reading your review, now I know that this is gonna be a waste of time.
I like the characters so far. When I saw a hot female on the cover with a male protagonist I was prepared for this to be shallow male wish fulfillment. Pleasantly surprised to see that both MC and his female friend have normal, well rounded personalities and are relatable. No pathetic beta male or 2D female mindlessly worshipping said male. This honestly seems really promising.

This is the first chapter where one of the male fishes appear to be having actual fun and not just amused. Arwin looked so playful, no wonder he fell for Latte. He can actually have fun with her. He looks so happy.
Arwin definitely has the most mischievous personality and likes to watch drama. Him and Latte both giving dialogue while enjoying the drama around them XD.
Ibelin can't hold a candle to Latte for quality company. She's so busy pretending to be perfect that she's become boring. Its going to fall apart for her eventually. No one can hide their true character forever. Just hope it comes out before she marries any of the fishes. Poor fishes think they're getting an angel but end up with a manipulative, narcissistic bitch.
This is surprisingly funny . It pokes gentle fun at isekai tripes and the smut is often part of the joke which makes it better. I also like that the sadist girl clearly looks for consent and checks on her himbo's emotional well being after her play. Rare to see that in romance comics. Yay to healthy bdsm.
