Right so, it was 20-30 chapters ago when Nea woke up instead of Allen he talked with Timcanpy to know what's going on and he wondered why Allen was young again and why he didn't remember him. Since then we had 2 or 3 little flash back from Nea about a man who is supposedly Allen in one of wich he tells Nea to give him his memories, promising he's gonna protect them. That's why Cross was searching for someone named Allen and was surprised to have found a kid. The name Allen was the only clue he had in finding Nea's reincarnation.
So yeah . . . we call him Pasta for Past-Allen and also foodpun.
Anyway seems like Pasta was a close friend of Nea. Not gonna lie I didn't think Allen was gonna learn he was alive 35 years ago this early. Nobody seems to know that exept for Nea and Apocryphos. Like I don't think Cross, Road and Wisely knew, whitch is crazy.

MY THEORY.....
I think now I can come up with a theory. The cat said that a talented administrator like him, in the past, tried to become human, and that's the reason why they can't have human form anymore. Also, MC has green eyes and that would explain why he didn't have "emotions". Maybe he somehow escaped and he is now trapped or has to live like this. Maybe, he was the one in charge of the villain Qin Xian that they show in flashbacks. So they are connected and Qin Xian is remembering little by little. Or something like that. Aaaaah I missed this. (≧∀≦)

So Mc used to be an administrator who was in charge of Qin Xian , then he became a human (im not sure how but he chose to) and this is why he find it difficult to have emotions or be normal and now they meet again through the system

Wth with the last chapters, the plot disappeared and now is all "you are trash" and he becomes OP... "ah we are trash", it's fast and boring, I kept reading it for the first chapters, with hope but ...well this is just my opinion.
