Therapy helps a lot. My sister got out of a 10 years depression with therapy. People against therapy usually say "you could just talk to your friends" but that's not true, therapists have tools that can help you process and heal. Of course, it's possible to not go to therapy and manage, but that's what my dad did with his trauma, and it's impacting......
