1st theory : I don't think the copycat killer is Baron (the red hair dude). I feel like he is only trying to protect his brother whose name he accidently found in the notebook?! He was scared that Jonathan would be murdered and that's why he was so into investigating Kister.

2nd theory: Kister is obviously not innocent but is still somehow innocent?! We have seen a little flashback and looks like he was forced into this. And whoever has forced him in this was the one who wrote names if people to be killed. And the copycat has seen the notebook? Maybe.
