It took me 4 tries to read this. I don't know why I kept hesitating, but for those who still do....just read it. I love the characters, even the "bad" guys. Everyone is so awesome, so it's not just the mc that has great moments.

Drowning in ashes LOL you’re funny. Well it’s inferred that Bum dies because he follows his hallucination of Sangwoo and his mother across the street when the traffic light turns to green. Guessing a truck killed him.

Sawamura was depressed. Hear me out, everything that's happened to him is kinda really awful and I wouldn't be surprised if he turned depressed because his team and coach not having enough faith in him to be ace-since the coach took him out of the game while he was failing, but he didn't take Furuya out of the game when he was failing. The depression will get worse when Miyuki leaves since that's the reason he came to Seido. Then, he starts wearing out his "bubbly" personality because we all know that's just a facade to protect how really hurt he is. He transfers to an unknown school and grows as a pitcher because he has every opportunity to play. Oh and wolf-boy will follow eijun.
Has drama, has emotion, is actually logical, and would be much more interesting to the plot if this all happened.
This is just your assumption after watching just Sawamura 1st pitching in game after getting an ace number..
Have a faith on Sawamura! Sawamura is definitely have a strong mental. He just too nervous.. I can't wait to watch Amahisa vs Sawamura pitch duel!
I like your ideas, and that you're using your creativity to get a good character out of a bad situation. I also like it that you've considered it from a psychological viewpoint, which is interesting. Maybe you should write a short story with that alternative view. I'd love to read it, even if only a few snippets.
If Sawamura did go to another school, maybe it would be difficult to find a really strong school in need of an ace.
It might cause Sawamura a lot of sadness to play against the people he has come to have strong feelings for, Miyuki in particular. It's nice that we're finally finding out that Miyuki actually has some very strong feelings for Sawamura. He looks sad or maybe even a bit tearful when he's thinking that he only has three more months to play baseball with S and F.
I wouldn't mind seeing Sawamura get some offers from other schools, and see how the coach and the others react to that! It would be even better if he hid it from the others, but that it was accidentally found out.
I'm with you that it's high time for Sawamura to get a little well-earned payback, and for Fukruya's halo to get some shine knocked off it.
aw thanks. I would love to write stories, but I'm not very good at the small details and subtle emotions to pull it off. But, I do think that Sawamura is such a complex character, which either people don't notice with his happy-go lucky persona. I always feel he holds so much back. So much resentment, sadness, stress, and longing that it's so painful as it is releiving when I see him smile so brightly.
you can just develop the small detail and subtle emotion stuff. it just takes practice like anything else. I mean, you said you'd love to, right?
