Kang miro, is so classic ml vibes, but it comes across as forced since he knows her and we have very little backstory on him. The fiancée has funny personality, but I dont have info to know what the chemistry between her and him would be like. The gangster has that opposites attract dynamic, she naive af and he street smart af. They act like an old married couple. Andddd the last guy, I love. He has a bit of everything, above and beyond kindness like miro, funny like the fiancee, very practical sense like the gangster guy. The last guy also has the most genuine reason to really like her as a person and can learn/admire/grow with her.

just read chapter 78 and read back to chapter 4-5. The convo now has a whole other perspective. Initially it was eating together, then inspector checking if Hayan is a vampire.
Then we find out detective is a vampire and was taking blood circulating pills after eating
Now we find out detective knew her long before the start of the series and basically stalked her.
The whole eating together for the investigation, was an excuse for a date lol

this is really enlightening. I'm learning how a normal sane person can become so manipulative. I feel like I'd be like suha in this situation and be somewhat duped by the ml. It's like so subtle, and you know this person for a long af time, so you think it wouldn't happen to you. You see this person crying and apologizing, so you don't have the heart to chastise them. You also notice possessiveness, but you feel guilty for leaving even though you have the right. The signs are there, but any logical person can fall prey to them, especially when there's no physical abuse, so you're under the illusion it's all fine. So Should suha actually leave? If this was the real world, I would 100% say leave him, because it only gets worse. Since it's fiction, then they should talk it out and be lovey dovey again..

Yohan is probably the least entertaining villain I've read, I really hate everything he stands for. Even other hot villains that have killed peeps are still are better than yohan. Joker is similarly horrible(killed protags parents), but at least entertaining. This is not bashing on the author's ability to write a villain, but the fact yohan is SO HORRIBLE, you don't want to see him on your screen.

welp, he is a pure villain, someone you absolutely hate, I think this is pretty good, the bloodlust , the insane want for power, you want a villain you can relate to at some level? Joker had a terrible past and so does Yohan. With Yohan it just goes to show despite how terrible your past is, your actions that hurt others can not be justified, I suppose what you hate the most is the deep betrayal Yohan has done, it's absolutely terrible, Rachel tower of god level of terrible, welp he is a villain and he does fulfill his role, I hate him. I'll tell you which villain is actually bad writing? Soveishitsu from remarried empress, it just forces you to hate the guy because he so stupid, it's all very obviously constructed so you dislike him, I still love reading it though even though it is predictable af

I think you worded this perfectly. most villains have a very tragic or traumatizing backstory that made them evil, although yohan had a sad backstory, he still had a friend and a family (if he didnt fucking kill them lol) to support him. still he turned out evil and even bit the hand that fed him. many villains on a small part I could relate to them or sympathize with them but with yohan I can't, simply bc he is pure evil and tho yes there are certain things that pushed him, at the end of day he chose to be a horrible person. while other villains, I feel on some level they had no other choice since most villains dont get emotional support like yohan did or a chance in redemption but still yohan decided to choose the dark side.
Love the main character, the other characters are blehhh so far. I think I'm struggling to see where the plot is going besides the generic, the father will hunt her down, she'll kill the bullies. If there is a hidden ability school, I honestly will be annoyed cus it's a trope that is so overdone. I hope the author doesn't lose steam with the plot because the intital premise is just too good.
