Cute and decent plot, Erin/Kian is beauuuuutiful, kind of sad and sweet, but wouldn't really read again, or recommend. Lowkey kind of cringe, but Kian is cute so I stayed for my bb ahaha <3

Kian lives a double life, being a normal office worker during the day and the singer, Erin, at night. He meets Luca, the man he's had a crush on in his past, but hides his identity from him. Luca soon falls in love with Erin, not knowing his other identity. The secrets unravel, tears are spilt, but they fall in love again.
ok i feel like yall are taking this too seriously.
they care about mika. otherwise they wouldnt even go back to save him, they wouldnt have hope.
sure theyre being light hearted but thats just their way of coping in a fucked up world. its just more beneficial to look at the bright side because they all have one; mika can be saved. knowing this, they obv cant let themselves be depressed and grieve because in their world its the route to getting you killed...
yu jokes around, but when it comes to saving mika, hes as serious as he'll ever be. sure, i do think that maybe he couldve cried at least a biiiit more but honestly thats not the best use of panels lmao
people deal with grief differently. when people show a lack of emotion or the complete opposite, being light hearted, after a traumatic event it could be shock, denial, or just their way of coping.
not everyone cries a river and get over it, some slowly build a bridge over the river and try not to fall in.
It's true, but the scenes were handled so bad. I understand some people may go after alcohol, but the thing is that we didn't see a couple of sad people getting wasted, we saw a funny scene of three young people trying beer for the first time, a stupid joke regarding boobs and even the vomit moment. This is not griving, it's a scene that was supposed to make us laugh. As for Yuu he really needs to grow up, he's so painfully immature.
Awh yea that's true, I agree that the whole beer thing wasn't really them greiving at all hmmmm i wonder why the author put that scene there.. also I don't think Yu's immature? though he looks like he is. From him I get the vibe that often he understands a lot more than he shows but just keeps it to himself and tries to stay positive, though yeah he does look like he's just messing around 99% of the time ahaha
It just ruins the atmoshpere. Last chapter had a positive and funny vibe which makes so sense with how dramatic things are and it doesn't match at all with the readers being worried for Mika's future. Honestly it's the first time I feel more worried than the actual characters in the story lmao And I do get what you mean, the characters who act dumb just because of trauma or as a way to deal with a bad situation are cool, but... in this chapter I couldn't feel his concern for Mika until he kneeled down, if I were him I would go mad or use every second to find a solution not just spending my time dealing happily with some drunk people. In some situations, if this person is really so important to you, you can't just fool around. I don't know, I believe the author's writing is so poor in these chapters.
Tbh I was kinda mad at Jeanette for being so insensitive for 'stealing Athy's spot,' especially when poor Athy has been through so much ;-; but then I realized that she's a victim too... first of all, it's not like she can refuse Claude's summons... And how is it her fault that she enjoys the company of her 'father'?? Wouldn't any lonely child too?? If you put the resentment for her away, she really didn't do much wrong, or ever have the intention of causing harm!! And besides from her 'ruining' the 'perfect' way most of us wanted the plot to go in my head after so much bad stuff happened, which obviously was never her fault in the first place, she's just a sweet person who was made out to be a sort of 'villian' to put the blame on when everything goes wrong and everyone's devastated (I am too!! :"0) Jeanette's an absolute angel who wants the best for people, even if she is naive and insensitive sometimes. Like Athy, she's a victim too, in her own way...Like come on, she was used to kill her own father in the original story, whether she realized it or not, and now she's a scapegoat to put the blame on.... Take a second to imagine her perspective, the longing she has to be with her 'biological' family that she knows is, but no one else does except for her foster family. I hope this didn't offend anyone, I just wanted to help people calm their anger on her, because sometimes we don't realize that everyone has their own unique stories and feelings! :DD
That's not the problem I have with her, but her reaction to athy coming public to the white dog is like selfish. The only reason I can't like her is because of somewhat selfish behaviour? (I'm not sure, she was just a bit sus) I don't think lack of parental love is justified for her selfish behaviour because the first athy didn't get any love, but even so, didn't mistreat Jeanette. idk some of her behaviour is foreshadowing a selfish person if you get what i mean.
Honestly I get what you mean and I also kinda Hope that she won't turn that direction. I don't think she had really mistreated athy in anyway except for being very oblivious and dense. But she does have a good understanding for her age and upbringing. Like for her whole life wasn't she kinda locked up in the mansion? Also it was shown that Mr white and his son are very straightforward with her. Thus, this explains her character of being quite dense and not to mention unlike athy she does not have the maturity of an reincarnated person. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
THANK YOU SOOOO SO MUCH FOR TRANSLATING THIS OMG YOU'RE TRULY SUCH AN AMAZING PERSON :DD
