I really hope the author gives equal attention to the romance plot and the career/office plot. Office politics is nasty but it is very much real. I think it would thicken the lot and add depth to the storyline and blooming romance. So far I absolutely loved it! I am excited for more

I was creeped out and disgusted by that abhorrent senior and skipped to season 3 but I am still anxious about whether that issue is resolved or not. Can someone tell me what happened? I have a bit of trauma with that sort of thing so I don't want to go back to read those couple chapters but my mind is not at ease either.

Sungho is well-read, smart and perceptive. He is sharp enough to tell who is to be trusted and how much and what ways he can put people in their place. Sungho is not stupid to not know how to express love when he clearly shows consideration and forgiveness from time to time. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
He clearly likes Nakyum but we can't be sure if it is romantic or just some positive feeling towards Nakyum.

The chapter where Sungho's brother comes to visit him definitely proved he has some history which was further confirmed by the wise old man in the household when he talked about 'master's dark past'. So my guess is that something (from that past) is stopping Sungho from trusting Nakyum with his feelings.
Well, Nakyum did show disdain and hatred towards Sungho for the rape acts and Nakyum professed his love for the teacher dude. He eve ran away successfully (if not for that greedy teacher bringing him back).

Sungho knows and is capable of showing love and spoiling his lover. The reason he is not doing so towards Nakyum is because he is still not there. Yet.

Tamaki may be asexual with whatever has been shown so far. However, the author has strongly implied that the reason for Tamaki resisting sex is because of his trauma from his mom and her sexual partners.

No, masturbating doesn't mean one is not asexual.

Many asexuals have a sex drive, and many of them masturbate. But what makes them different is that their libido is dissociated from sexual attraction. Having a sex drive doesn't translate into wanting sex. Put simply, there can be a sex drive, but not a drive towards anyone.
