Karino is a socipath. He isnt broken he just cant feel like Azusa and the rest do...its not somethings that they can fix with love or especially being together. Karino doesnt care about Azusa's feelings because he can't even understand them. He is literally a sociopath, the author has made that clear. Ship what you ship but at least understand it does not mimic a healthy relationship and there is no actual love between them...

You're right, sorry, my bad. He's a possessive, sadistic, sociopath. Not just a sociopath. Most sociopaths aren't nearly as cruel nor do they have the means to a violent outlet like he does.

in the anime nezumi and shion seperated right after the wall was destroyed. whereas in the manga, nezumi followed shion back to his home and met his mother and even slept on the same bed as shion :D

The overall ending was the same, but parts were different. For example, no one dies in the manga. The manga also has more characters involved in the No. 6 conspiracy that the anime leaves out. Inukashi and Rikiga also played different roles in the take down of the correctional facility. And baby Shion ends up in different places. I prefer the manga ending overall, although there was no kiss.
